The acquisition of Richard Noon Car Breakers was finalised in December 2006 and although the decision was made to partially retain the trading name for sound business reasons a new dawn was about to break.
Noon Scrap Metal & Dismantlers or Noon Car Spares as we are also known was officially launched on the 1st January 2007 and the first day's trading was January 2nd 2007. With new idea's and a refreshing mix of experienced and newly recruited staff the new management embarked on the task of turning a successful yet modest rural scrap yard into a true contender in the ever modernising world of recycling and environmentally aware metal reclamation.
The modernisation process was to be a never ending process and a never ending investment to match it. The metal reclamation industry has become a High stakes and highly rewarding industry that is closely regulated by the Environmental Agency and local Authorities. These rewards would be the source for the funding of the on-going developments
